You have the right at any time to receive information, free of charge, about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request correction or deletion of this data. If you have consented to data processing, you can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request restriction of the processing of your personal data. You further have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

You can contact us at any time about this or any other questions concerning data protection.

2. Hosting

We host the content of our website with the following provider:

Strato

The provider is STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin (hereinafter “Strato”). When you visit our website, Strato collects various log files, including your IP addresses.

Further information is available in Strato’s privacy policy: https://www.strato.de/datenschutz/.

We use Strato on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in presenting our website as reliably as possible. If corresponding consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO and § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG, insofar as the consent covers the storage of cookies or access to information on the user’s device (for example, device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Processing on our behalf

We have concluded a data processing agreement (AVV) for the use of the above service. This agreement is required under data protection law and ensures that the provider processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the DSGVO.

3. General information and mandatory disclosures

Data protection

The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

When you use this website, various personal data is collected. Personal data is data by which you can be personally identified. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

Please note that data transmission over the internet (for example, communication by email) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Information about the controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Reher-Immobilien
Owner: Dennis Maurice Reher
Alleestraße 47, 59065 Hamm

Telephone: 02381 9998430
Email: info@reher-immobilien.de

The controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data (for example, names, email addresses or similar data).

Storage period

Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for processing it no longer applies. If you make a valid request for deletion or withdraw consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible grounds for storing your personal data (for example, retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, deletion takes place when those grounds no longer apply.

General information on the legal bases for data processing on this website

If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO or Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. a DSGVO if special categories of data under Art. 9 Abs. 1 DSGVO are processed. In the event of express consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing is also based on Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access to information on your device (for example, through device fingerprinting), data processing is additionally based on § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. If your data is necessary for the performance of a contract or for steps prior to entering into a contract, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. We also process your data if this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO. Data processing may also be based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The legal bases applicable in each individual case are described in the following paragraphs of this privacy policy.

Recipients of personal data

As part of our business activities, we work with various external parties. In some cases, this also requires the transfer of personal data to these external parties. We disclose personal data to external parties only if this is necessary for the performance of a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so (for example, disclosure to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest in the disclosure under Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, or if another legal basis permits the disclosure. When using processors, we disclose our customers’ personal data only on the basis of a valid data processing agreement. In the case of joint processing, an agreement on joint processing is concluded.

Withdrawal of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are possible only with your express consent. You can withdraw consent already given at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Right to object to data collection in particular cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 DSGVO)

IF DATA PROCESSING IS BASED ON ART. 6 ABS. 1 LIT. E OR F DSGVO, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME, ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION, TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THOSE PROVISIONS. THE RELEVANT LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH PROCESSING IS BASED CAN BE FOUND IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA CONCERNED UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING THAT OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENSE OF LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION UNDER ART. 21 ABS. 1 DSGVO).

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING INSOFAR AS IT IS RELATED TO SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL SUBSEQUENTLY NO LONGER BE USED FOR DIRECT MARKETING (OBJECTION UNDER ART. 21 ABS. 2 DSGVO).

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of the DSGVO, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged violation. This right is without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract provided to you or to a third party in a commonly used, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will be done only insofar as technically feasible.

Access, correction and deletion

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to information, free of charge, about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing, and, where applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time about this or any other questions concerning personal data.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time about this. The right to restriction of processing applies in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of the personal data we hold about you, we generally need time to verify it. For the duration of the verification, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data was or is unlawful, you may request restriction of data processing instead of deletion.
  • If we no longer need your personal data but you need it for the exercise, defense or establishment of legal claims, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
  • If you have objected under Art. 21 Abs. 1 DSGVO, your interests and ours must be weighed. Until it has been determined whose interests prevail, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, that data may, apart from its storage, be processed only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or of a member state.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the website operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

4. Data collection on this website

Cookies

Our websites use so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any harm to your device. They are stored on your device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (persistent cookies). Session cookies are intended for a browser session. Their actual lifetime also depends on your browser’s session restoration settings. Persistent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or they are automatically deleted by your web browser.

Cookies may come from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable certain services from third-party companies to be integrated into websites (for example, cookies used to process payment services).

Cookies have various functions. Many cookies are technically necessary because certain website functions would not work without them (for example, the shopping cart function or the display of videos). Other cookies may be used to analyze user behavior or for advertising purposes.

We use cookies and comparable storage technologies, such as LocalStorage. § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG applies to storing or reading information that is strictly necessary to provide a function expressly requested by you. For other operations that require consent, we obtain your consent in advance under § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future through the privacy settings. Where personal data is processed, the legal basis depends on the respective purpose; details are provided in the following sections on the individual services and functions. Analytics functions are not treated as strictly necessary solely because they serve to optimize the website.

You can configure your browser to inform you when cookies are set, to allow cookies only in individual cases, to exclude acceptance of cookies in certain cases or generally, and to activate automatic deletion of cookies when you close the browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

If additional cookies and services are used on this website, information about them can be found in this privacy policy.

Consent management with SureCookie

We use the WordPress plugin SureCookie to obtain, respect and document your choices about optional functions. The software provider is Brainstorm Force US LLC, USA. We operate the banner and consent records in our own WordPress installation. The records are not forwarded to the software provider.

You can accept or reject the “Functional” category. It covers external onOffice property images, OpenFreeMap maps and storage of your search filters together. Without this consent, these functions remain disabled; you can still use search without storage and the inquiry forms. You can change your choice at any time and withdraw consent with effect for the future through “Privacy settings” on our website.

SureCookie uses the surecookie_user_consent cookie, which lasts 180 days, to store your choice. In addition, when you first visit, a random identifier is created in the surecookie_session_id cookie for 365 days so that decisions can be associated with the same browser. A copy of your choice is stored in LocalStorage under surecookie_preferences. It is removed at the next synchronization with our website if there is no longer a valid consent cookie. You can also delete this browser data yourself in your browser settings.

In our website database, we document the identifier, your category choices, the type of decision and the time. For logged-in WordPress users, the user ID may also be associated with the record. Your IP address and a country or region derived from it are not stored in the consent record. No external location lookup is made for this purpose. Because of the identifier, the records are pseudonymous and not fully anonymous. Authorized persons can view them in our WordPress administration. A retention period of 365 days followed by regular cleanup is configured for these records.

Consent management serves to fulfill our obligations to obtain, respect and demonstrate the required consent. The basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c in conjunction with Art. 7 Abs. 1 DSGVO and § 25 TDDDG. Storage on your device that is necessary to manage your choice is based on § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG. The legal basis for each function you enable is described separately in its section.

To protect the consent endpoint against excessive requests, our server also processes your IP address and derives a protected value from it for short-lived request counters. These have a technical validity of six minutes and are separate from the consent record. The basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website against misuse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Other processing of connection data by our hosting provider is described in the hosting section.

Withdrawal of consent or deletion of browser data does not automatically delete consent records already stored on our server. You can contact us using the contact details provided to request access or deletion; we will also examine whether any grounds for retention apply.

Further information about the software: https://surecookie.com/privacy-policy/.

EDITORIAL POINT OPEN: T01/B01a: Check the technical 365-day retention and daily cleanup of records on STRATO, as well as backup retention periods. The six minutes for misuse protection is the validity of the request counters, not a guaranteed physical deletion period. Conclusively check the necessity and duration of the identifier. License and provider agreements remain a separate operational point for review.

Server log files

The website provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This information includes:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website; server log files must be collected for this purpose.

EDITORIAL POINT OPEN: B06: Confirm the types of data, connection with Web Analytics and log retention periods for the specific STRATO package; do not apply general hosting retention periods without checking them.

Contact form

If you send us inquiries through a contact form, the information you enter in the form, including the contact details you provide there, is stored by us to process the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. To process your inquiry, we use the hosting, email and customer management service providers described in this privacy policy. They may receive the data necessary for this purpose. Where they act as processors, they process the data on our instructions. Any further disclosure occurs only if there is a legal basis for it or you have consented.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO if your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for steps prior to entering into a contract. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in effectively handling inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO), or on your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) if it was requested; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (for example, after your inquiry has been fully handled). Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.

Inquiry by email, telephone or fax

If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your inquiry, including all personal data arising from it (name, inquiry), is stored and processed by us to handle your request.

The data you send us in contact inquiries remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (for example, after your request has been fully handled). Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular statutory retention periods, remain unaffected.

Communication via WhatsApp

EDITORIAL POINT OPEN: B03: This section will be drafted after the customer’s response. Actual use, app or Business variant, recipients involved, contractual bases, access to contacts, backups, retention periods and any third-country safeguards are unconfirmed. Until then, the original version’s claims about Business, encryption and transfers are not adopted as established facts.

onOffice – property listings and inquiries

We use onOffice to manage and provide our property listings and to handle inquiries. The provider is onOffice GmbH, Charlottenburger Allee 5, 52068 Aachen, Germany. Our website retrieves property data through an interface between our web server and onOffice. The separate transfer of property images to your browser is described in the “onOffice – property images” section.

If you contact us through a contact, callback or property form, we process the information you provide to handle your request. Depending on the form, this includes in particular your name, email address, telephone number, message, information about the requested callback, and details of the property you are inquiring about or offering and its owner. We handle this with the help of onOffice and our email communications. Depending on the form and subsequent handling, information is transmitted as a message and stored in our prospect and customer management system.

Where processing is necessary to initiate a contract requested by you or to perform it, the basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. We handle other inquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in orderly and reliable communication (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). The technical provision of our property listings serves our legitimate interest in informing prospective customers about our services and available properties. An inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

In addition to the responsible persons at Reher-Immobilien, recipients of the data required for handling your inquiry are the service providers used for onOffice, hosting and email. Our mailbox info@reher-immobilien.de is operated by STRATO GmbH. Information about hosting is provided in the corresponding section of this policy. EDITORIAL POINT OPEN: CHECK BEFORE PUBLICATION: possible forwarding, an additional website or onOffice sending service, contractual coverage and any additional recipients or processing outside the EEA.

We store inquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, to conduct any business relationship that results from it. It is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations or, in individual cases, retention necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims prevent deletion. Data retained for those purposes is not used further for other purposes.

You can find onOffice’s own privacy policy at https://onoffice.com/datenschutz/.

EDITORIAL POINT OPEN: B01/B02/B04/T02: Dennis to confirm the onOffice data processing agreement (AVV); the specific form recipients, CRM effects, email sending route and deletion practices still need to be checked against actual operations. STRATO has been confirmed as the mailbox provider.

onOffice – property images

Images of our property listings are provided through the image.onoffice.de image server of onOffice GmbH, Charlottenburger Allee 5, 52068 Aachen, Germany. If you enable these images, your browser establishes a direct connection to the image server. In particular, the delivery infrastructure then receives your IP address, technical browser information, the requested image address and, where applicable, information about the website from which the request originated.

The image server may set cookies on the .onoffice.de domain. These include the session identifier PHPSESSID. EDITORIAL POINT OPEN: ADD BEFORE PUBLICATION: confirmed cookie purpose; any other active cookies; server-side session and log retention periods; and additional recipients. PHPSESSID is transmitted as a session cookie without a fixed expiry date. How long a browser session lasts also depends on your browser settings. This does not establish how long data is stored on the provider’s servers.

We load external property images only after you consent to the “Functional” category. This choice covers property images, external maps and storage of your search filters together. The bases are Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO and, for storing or reading information on your device, § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG. You can change your choice at any time through the privacy settings and withdraw consent with effect for the future. We then prevent further image requests through this integration. Transfers that have already occurred cannot be undone by this. You can also delete cookies from the external domain through your browser settings.

You can find onOffice’s own privacy policy at https://onoffice.com/datenschutz/.

Maps with WP Go Maps and OpenFreeMap

We use WP Go Maps to provide interactive maps for orientation and to show property areas. Map data is provided through OpenFreeMap, operated by Hyperknot Software Kft., Hungary. Map resources are loaded from tiles.openfreemap.org. Cloudflare’s delivery network is also involved.

After you enable the maps, your browser connects to this infrastructure. In particular, your IP address, technical browser information, time of access and requested map resources are processed. The requested tiles reveal the displayed map area and zoom level; they do not automatically contain your actual location. We do not use the maps to locate your device.

According to OpenFreeMap, it does not set cookies for map use. Our review of the integration also found no map cookies. This does not prevent the transfer of technical connection data described above. EDITORIAL POINT OPEN: ADD BEFORE PUBLICATION: the specific Cloudflare entity and its role, processing locations, any third-country safeguards, log retention periods and whether the delivered instructions for network error reports are actually used.

We load external maps only after you consent to the “Functional” category, which covers maps, property images and search storage together, on the basis of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Where optional storage or access to information on your device occurs, consent also covers these operations under § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG. You can withdraw your choice at any time with effect for the future through the privacy settings. The displayed maps are then removed, and our map integration makes no new requests for map resources. The lawfulness of prior processing remains unaffected. Data already transferred cannot be retrieved by this.

Further information: https://openfreemap.org/privacy/ and https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

EDITORIAL POINT OPEN: P02: Clarify Cloudflare’s and OpenFreeMap’s roles, transfer bases and retention periods, as well as the delivered NEL reporting policy. Removing a map after withdrawal does not reliably delete external reporting instructions already stored in the browser.

Local spam protection with ALTCHA

We use ALTCHA to protect our forms against automated and abusive inquiries. For this purpose, our web server provides a technical challenge when a form is used. Your browser solves this challenge; the proof is checked on the server when the form is submitted. The challenge, the associated proof of solution and technical information needed to associate and verify the request are processed. When you connect to our server, the connection data described in the “Server log files” section is also generated.

We operate this check on our own website infrastructure and do not use the ALTCHA cloud for it. The challenge is valid for five minutes. To prevent the reuse of a proof that has already been accepted, our server stores a check value derived from the challenge identifier together with its expiry time. Regular cleanup after expiry is planned. This validity period is not the same as the storage period of server logs. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting our forms and IT systems against misuse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

EDITORIAL POINT OPEN: T03: The five minutes concern challenge validity. Local reuse protection stores a derived challenge key and expiry time; physical cleanup occurs through a daily hook. Check its execution on STRATO and the hosting and backup retention periods.

Multilingual website with WPML

We use the WordPress plugin WPML by OnTheGoSystems Limited for the German and English versions of our website. The wp-wpml_current_language cookie stores the current language so that content and functions loaded in the background (AJAX) can also be assigned to the correct language. It is set on our website and lasts approximately 24 hours in our integration.

This storage serves to provide the website in the correct language and takes place under § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG. Where personal data is processed in this context, we rely on our legitimate interest in a functional multilingual website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). The language information is not used for advertising or analytics purposes.

Settings in local browser storage

Light and dark appearance

When you expressly choose a light or dark appearance, we store this setting in your browser’s local storage (LocalStorage) under reher-wp-theme-mode. The selected appearance and its expiry time are stored. The setting lasts for a maximum of 180 days from your choice. Merely reading it does not extend this period. Without a valid stored choice, the appearance follows your operating system. You can remove the entry through your browser settings.

This storage serves the appearance function you selected and is not used to analyze your behavior. We base it on § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG and, where personal data is involved, on our legitimate interest in providing this expressly selected function (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Search filters

With your consent to the “Functional” category, we store your most recently used property search filters in your browser’s LocalStorage under reher:offers-search:v2. This allows you to retrieve your last search on a later visit. The filter values and an expiry time are stored. Storage lasts no longer than 30 days from saving a new filter selection. Merely reading or restoring the same valid selection does not extend this period. Changed filters replace the previous entry with a new period. Enabling the Functional category also covers external property images and maps.

The bases are § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG and, where personal data is processed, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can withdraw consent at any time through the privacy settings; we then delete the stored filters in this browser and apply this in other open tabs of our website as well. We do not store any further filters after that. Resetting the search also removes the entry. You can use the property search without persistent storage.

Expiry and deletion in the browser

Expired entries are no longer used. If our website is not open when an entry expires, the entry is removed on the next visit. Independently of this, you can delete local storage yourself in your browser at any time. Unlike a cookie, LocalStorage is not automatically sent with every server request. When you run a search, however, the search parameters needed for it are transmitted to our website.

WordPress, locally provided fonts and media

We operate our website with WordPress. The font files used for its appearance, as well as our own website images and other locally embedded media, are delivered through our web server. No connection to an external font provider is made for these font files. During these requests, our hosting infrastructure processes the connection data needed for delivery, as described in the hosting section.

These local resources are separate from the external onOffice property images and maps, which are explained in their own sections of this policy. Providing the website and its local content is based on our legitimate interest in a functional online offering (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

STRATO Web Analytics

EDITORIAL POINT OPEN: B06: The product used in the Managed WordPress package has been identified as STRATO Web Analytics (WordPress → Statistics menu). The collection technology, data, treatment of IP addresses, retention periods, recipients and any connection to consent must be confirmed for this product. Only then should a complete service section be inserted. Do not infer that it uses only logs, is cookie-free or does not require consent.

Email archiving and backups

EDITORIAL POINT OPEN: B05: Activation and scope of STRATO email archiving, as well as backups of the website, database, email and onOffice, still need to be confirmed. Describe providers, retention periods and the handling of deletions and restorations only after that confirmation.

5. Customer, prospect and contract data

We process personal data of prospects, customers and contractual partners insofar as this is necessary to handle property inquiries, to initiate a contract requested by you, and to carry out and manage our contractual relationships. This may include contact and communication data and the property and contract data required for the respective matter. Processing takes place, among other things, with the help of onOffice, as explained in the corresponding section.

For steps prior to entering into a contract taken at your request and for performance of a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. We handle other business inquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in orderly communication (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Where we are legally obliged to process or retain data, the basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the stated purposes. Statutory retention obligations and retention necessary in individual cases to establish, exercise or defend legal claims remain unaffected. This data is also deleted once the respective reason for retention no longer applies.

EDITORIAL POINT OPEN: B04: Before publication, check the general deletion criteria described here against actual CRM, email and messenger practices. Do not assume a blanket statutory retention period for all inquiries.
